Q: Why do you write in English?​
A: English is the place where my voice finds freedom and focus, suspended between the German I live with and the Italian I carry in my bones. But I know how important language is. I’ve already started writing parts in German and Italian, often in parallel, and I fully intend to publish the stories in all three languages. It’s not a choice of one over the other, it’s a bridge between them.

Q: Are you a full-time artist?
A: Yes, even if life as a single mother and freelance translator makes it a constant balancing act. But art is my core.

Q: Do you do everything yourself?
A: Yes. From the writing to the artwork to the layout, it’s all me. Just one woman, two sons, and a lot of sleepless nights.

Q: Do you use AI to make your drawings?
A: No generative AI. I use Photoshop and a graphic tablet to refine my traditional sketches, and I occasionally use Photoshop’s built-in AI tools for detail correction or enhancement.The creative part, the soul of it, is all mine.

Q: Why did you write the Jade & Echo series?
A: To tell the raw, unfiltered story of my journey, as a woman, an artist, and as a mother.It’s a declaration of creative freedom, emotional truth, and the refusal to be reduced or silenced.Jade & Echo is not just a book series, it’s a voice that needed to exist.

Q: Who are Jade and Echo?
A: Jade is the rebel, the woman who no longer asks for permission. Echo is her inner voice, her guide, her silent witness.Together, they reflect the duality inside many of us.

Q: Did you illustrate Ancient Callings yourself?
A: Yes. Every visual element starts from my hand-drawn sketches, usually in pencil or colored pencil. I then refine them using Photoshop and a graphic tablet. I sometimes use the built-in AI tools in Photoshop to upscale without losing quality, to fix, or fill in parts of an image, especially when something needs correcting or extending. But every drawing begins with my own hand and vision.

Q: How did the Ancient Callings Coloring Books come to life?
A: I wanted to offer a creative gateway into the world of Ancient Callings, not just reading, but coloring and feeling.
These are not typical coloring books: they’re poetic, soulful, and meant to be experienced slowly.

Q: Where can I get them?
A: They will soon be available via Amazon. Each book will have a direct link from the website.

Q: Are the illustrations all yours?
A: Yes, absolutely. Every page began as a sketch drawn by hand, then digitally enhanced for print clarity and structure.

Q: Do you also create coloring books for children?
A: Yes, alongside the Ancient Callings series, I’ve created a separate collection called Little Realm.
It’s made especially for children: hand-drawn in colored pencils, full of light, wonder, and quiet stories.
It’s not part of Ancient Callings, but it shares the same magic.
